Where are you based & do you travel?
I'm based in Fresno Ca and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee depending on where it takes place.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable. Under certain circumstances that are beyond control such as COVID for example, I may allow to transfer the retainer to another session or refund. Please contact me immediately if you have to cancel your session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session forfeit your retainer, no exceptions.
How do you accept payment?
I accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay
Will there be a second shooter?
If requested or required I will provide a second shooter.
What if I'm awkward in front of the camera?
Don't worry! Most of us are, but you're in good hands! I will pose and prompt you throughout the session. I try my best to help my clients feel as comfortable as I can.
Do you help style clients?
Yes! I have tips and tones I recommend under my "Client Guide" page. Make sure to check it out if you're having trouble deciding what to wear to your session!
How will we receive our gallery?
You will receive all your images on an online gallery. I will send you the link via email or text. There you can download all your photos directly to your cellphone or computer, share them with others and choose your favorites.
When will we receive our gallery?
You will receive your online gallery with all your images within 1-2 weeks (sometimes sooner depending on the season I photograph your story.)
Can I provide my own location?
Absolutely! As long as it's within Fresno County. Traveling fees may apply outside of Fresno. If you don't have a location in mind check out my "Location Guide" under the "Client Area" page!
Why is photography expensive?
Time, equipment cost, education, experience and expenses. As a photographer we have many expenses, website fees, camera bodies, lenses, education workshops, etc. Not only that but we also spend hours sorting and editing photos. A photographers day does not end when the shoot ends.
How do I secure a date?
To secure your date and time a 30% non-refundable deposit is due at booking & a contract must be signed. (It goes towards total of session)
How do I download my images from my gallery?
Step 1: Go to your Pixieset gallery. (The link I emailed or texted you)
Step 2: Click on the Download icon. It’s the icon between the Favorite (heart) button and the Share button. (it looks like a downward pointing arrow on a rectangle)
Step 3: Enter your email address and the 4 digit PIN that was sent to you. This way you can download the full gallery.
Step 4: Choose what size you’d like the images to download in. The choices are Web Size – perfect for sharing on social media! Or High Resolution – for printing even large files! Also great for sharing on Social Media. I suggest High Resolution. Once you’ve decided which size you’d like, click Download! The following screen will pop up saying that your photos are being fetched and soon another download button will appear.
Step 5: Once your photos are finished downloading, they will be in your Downloads folder.
How do I download my images with a coupon code?
Step 1: Go to your Pixieset gallery. (The link I emailed or texted you)
Step 2: Click the store icon, then click "Single photo download" then press "buy downloads."
Step 3: Choose the amount of images from the package you've purchased (ex: 10 images, 25 images) then press next and add to cart
Step 4: Enter your email address and click checkout. Add coupon code I provided at top where it says "Apply Coupon."
Step 5: Proceed with billing and payment. (No need to add credit/debit card unless you're purchasing extras)
Step 6: Choose what size you’d like the images to download in. The choices are Web Size – perfect for sharing on social media! Or High Resolution – for printing even large files!
